OUR MOTIVATION
How many persons do you know who love going to work? On the flip side, how many persons do you know who dread going to work? We are willing to bet that you know many more persons in the second camp than in the first. It`s time for a Workplace Revolution. The workplace should be a space where individuals can explore their talents, face and overcome new challenges, grow and develop their skills and personality.
We are not being idealistic dreamers; sometimes work is very demanding and requires that we grow in order to meet and overcome certain challenges. But too many workplaces are toxic, grinding machines that leave employees feeling burnt out instead of burning with enthusiasm.We want to do something to help change the tide within businesses and start to create workplaces that are a rich environment for growth and that foster the development of an engaged, excited and innovative society.
THE HOST
Using tools learnt and honed in a 25 + year career in Human Resource Development and Customer Service Transformation, Dawn Richards will lead each program bringing insightful tools and tips to help resolve some of the deep rooted personal and interpersonal issues that are the cause of so many organizational blockages .
PROGRAM DETAILS
This program will be geared towards Non-Managerial Staff and we hope that through this sharing, one by one we can cause individuals to shift their mindset, and little by little we can see an overhaul of our entire work culture and society at large.
