I experienced Exceptional Customer Service. The receptionist was amazing. She said,
“How can I help you today?” Moreover, she really meant it. There was no pretense. I was touched by that this week. I was like “Oh my Gosh!”
Even the CSR was engaging saying “How Can I help you?” She took my information and she said “I realise you don`t have a retirement plan with us, here`s a brochure.” I went in to get a cheque and everything was done in twenty minutes!! I was impressed! I was really impressed !
